Riding cycle is one of the most popular travel activities in Vietnam, especially for active travelers. Vietnam cycle ride is about a small guide page that brings useful cycle tips, cycle trails and information for those who love discovering Vietnam actively.
The best time for organizing a Vietnam cycle ride is the dry and cool season starting from October until April the following year. During this period the weather is cool with little rain. The temperature is around 10 – 20 degree C. Longer and challenging cycle ride should not be arranged during the summer time (May – Sep). It is quite hot in summer, 30 – 37 degree C.
There is no best place for arranging a cycle ride in Vietnam. Because there are so many great places where cycle ride can be arranged. According to your travel dates, group size and other special needs, we will suggest the suitable place where you can enjoy your cycle ride.
For short cycle ride, we recommend Hanoi, Mai Chau, Tam Coc, Mai Chau, Hue, Da Lat and Nha Trang where lots of day cycle tour and overnight trips can be arranged.
For long ride, we suggest the northern area that includes Cao Bang province, Ha giang, province, Bac Ha, Sapa, Lai Chau, Dien Bien Phu, the central coast, Hue, Hoian and the Mekong delta where long cycle ride is available.
