Day 1: Arrive in Yangon

Flight: International flight on your own arrangement or on requests.

Welcome to Myanmar, the country just opened itself to the world and now waiting people to discover its unique Buddhist culture and heritage.

Upon your arrival in Yangon, the former capital of Myanmar but nowadays one of the most developed city in Myanmar, your local guide will welcome you at the airport then escort you to hotel.

In the evening, enjoy a Myanmar royal style welcome dinner on a floating marble boat.

Day 2: Full Day Yangon City Tour

Meals: B / L

Rise early in the morning to visit the Shwedagon Pagoda which is the largest pagoda with painted real gold in Yangon. Benefit for visit the pagoda in early morning you will enjoy an quiet and extremely peaceful atmosphere to watch local people and monks pray in front of the Pagoda.

Transfer back to hotel for breakfast. After breakfast you will visit the Reclining Buddha (Chaok-Htat-Gyi) and Maharbandoola Park.

Have some rest after lunch, in the afternoon, enjoy some free time wander around in Bogyoke Market and the then Bogyoke Market busy treets of Yangon’s famous China Town and Yangon Jetty. Finish your day off at the riverside where the road flanked by colonize style builds which will give you the impression of Myanmar in old time.

Day 3: Flight to Mandalay, Half Day Mandalay City Tour

Meals: L

Enjoy free time in the morning until transfer to airport for onward flight to Mandalay. Upon you arrive in Mandalay, you local guide will meet you in the airport and escort you to hotel.

After a rest in the hotel, you will visit Mahamuni Image where you will see local people pray and stick gold paper on the Buddha for blessing. You can also try to make your wish and donate money (buy) for gold paper to stick the gold paper on the statue (only man allowed to stick the gold). On the way to the Mahamuni Image, you will visit a gold paper factory to see how people made the gold leaf. Visit the Shwenandaw Monastery which means ‘Golden Palace Monastery” and was built in 19th century and well known for its teak carving of Buddhist myths. Visit the Kuthodaw Pagoda which is a Buddhist stupa that contains the world’s largest book of Buddhism.

Finish your day at the top of Mandalay Hill for a stunning sun set.

Day 4: Full Day Amarapura Tour

In the morning, about 30 mins drive to Sagaing, the capital of Sagaing Division in Myanmar and located on the Ayeyarwady River, 20 km to the southwest of Mandalay on the opposite bank of the river. Cross Innwa Bridge, built by British in 1934. Firstly you will visit the Maha Ganayon Kyaung Monastery to see hundreds of monks line up for daily meals at 10:15am. Then visit the U Bein Bridge which is 1.2 kilometers long and is the longest teakwood bridge in the world.

Continue to visit Kaung Mu Taw Pagoda; the dome shaped pagoda rises up to 46 meters. At the base of the pagoda there are 812 stone pillars, each one with a hollow and an image of a Nat in it. Continue visit to Sagaing Hill, the hill has a number of small pagodas and with many meditation centers and Soon U Ponya Shin Pagoda; it is located on Sagaing Hill. You can stop at monasteries and nunneries and talk with them while taking green tea from hot tea pot and palm-sugar.

Lunch at local restaurant in Sagaing and take a short break, then continue visit Amarapura,"City of Immortality" situated 11 km to the south of Mandalay and the ancient temple of Pahtodawgyi which was built in 1820 in the Inva ancient town.

Drive back to Mandalay and rest of the day is at leasure.

Day 5: Flight to Bagan, Half Day City Tour

Meals: L

Transfer to airport for domestic flight to Bagan in early morning.

Upon arrival in Bagan, you will be welcomed by your local guide at the airport then transfer you to hotel.

Bagan, where you will be amazed by its thousands of Buddhists pagodas spread in the area of the Ancient City of ‘Bagan’. These pagodas used to own by individual families during its prosperous time.

Your will visit the Nyaung Oo Market where local people buying food in daily life, visit the Shwezigon Pagoda which is the largest pagoda in Bagan painted with real gold.

Have a rest in hotel in the hottest time in afternoon. Then enjoy a Horse Cart Ride for the sun set, you will climb up to the top of the Shesandaw Pagoda for sun set then take the horse cart back to hotel. It is a unforgettable feeling of taking the horse cart ride on the off road treks through the pagodas when its quiet in dusk.

Day 6: Flight to Heho, Inle Lake

Flight: Domestic flight is on GTT arrangement

Transfer to airport for onward flight to Heho where you will be picked up and transfer you to your hotel by the lakeside of Inle Lake.

Inle Lake locates in the highland of Myanmar in an altitude of around 3,000 feet above sea level.  Here you will enjoy different atmosphere and ambience from middle part of Myanmar.

After check in hotel, enjoy your day at leisure to relax.

Day 7: Full Day Inle Lake Excursion

Meals: B / L

Your Excursion today will be made by long tail boat to see life of In-tha (name of local ethnic people live on the lake), to discover their unique floating farms and life on floating village. You will also see how the local fisher to fish with only one leg paddling the boat and the Long Neck Ladies who were relocated from the Myanmar and Thailand border.

Rest of the day is at leisure to relax. 

Day 8: Flight to Yangon, Connect to international flight to Phnom Penh

Flight: Domestic & International flight is on GTT arrangement

Transfer to airport for onward flight to Yangon, then connect with the international flight to Phnom Penh, the capital of Kingdom of Cambodia

Upon arrival in Cambodia, you will meet your local guide in the airport and then escorted to hotel.

Day 9: Royal Palace, Flight to Siem Reap

Flight: Domestic flight is on GTT arrangement

Enjoy a relaxing tour in the morning to visit the Royal Palace in Phnom Penh where is the residence of the royal family.

Day 10: Full Day Angkor Thom, Ta Prohm & Angkor Wat

After breakfast, the cool weather and less traffic is perfect for you to travel in a Tuk Tuk to visit the ancient city Angkor Thom which was the last and most enduring capital city of the Khmer empire. The tour in Angkor Thom will starts from the South Gate and walk along the ancient city wall to see the lost temple of Prasat Chroung, then continue to the Bayon temple where you will be surrounded by 216 gigantic stone faces which fame as “smile of Angkor”.  You will also visit the Terrace of the Elephants, the Royal Palace and the Terrace of the Leper King.

When weather gets hot, your driver will pick you up and you can enjoy air-condition and cold drinks inside your private car while transferring you to Temple of Ta Prohm which is wildly known as “lost to the jungle temple”.

In the afternoon, your private guide will escort you to discover the world’s wonder site—Angkor Wat, the magnificent temple was built in 12th century and it is the largest first Hindu, Buddhist temle complex and the largest religious monument in the world. On your way back to Siem Reap, enjoy the sunset from the top of the pyramid-shaped temple of Pre Rup.

Day 11: Full Day Tonle Sap Lake, Kompong Phluk

In the morning, visit a half day excursion to the biggest Southeast Asia’s largest fresh water lake—Tonle Sap Lake. You will firstly enjoy a fun ox cart ride through the countryside, continue to have a boat trip to enjoy the beautiful lake view and mangrove forest on the lake, then spend rest of the morning at the largest village on the lake which is called Kompong Phluk, to discover the fascinating daily lives of the local people who leave on the water.

Day 12: Arrive in Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City)

The Cu Chi tunnel was built during the war time by the Vietnamese for fighting with enemies, but nowadays it has become an interesting and fun place for tourists. Your kids will have fun in discover the complicated tunnel system in the forest.

Lunch will be arranged in a local organic farm, where you will enjoy picking up fresh vegetable from fields with your kids, then join a cooking class together to learn how to cook Vietnamese food. Perhaps this will be the first time that you will eat the food cooked by your kids, enjoy a family lunch together with your kids.

Drive back to Saigon city in the afternoon, the rest of the day is free at leisure.

Day 14: My Tho (Bentre)—Discover Mekong Delta

Enjoy a full day tour from Saigon to My Tho to discover the Mekong River Delta, which is famed as the ‘rice bowl’ of Vietnam. You will take a private boat tour through the water coconut forest to center of Mekong Delta, your kids will be interested to see the local life of local people, and to see how local people make coconut candy. Then enjoy a biking tour (about 1 hour) with your kids to discover the villages and a sampan trip through the narrow canals, have fun!

Lunch will be arranged in local restaurant in the village, kids will love to taste the local deep fried Mekong Fish and other local food.

Transfer back to Saigon in the afternoon and rest of the day is at leisure.

Day 15: Half Day Saigon City Tour, Flight to Nha Trang

In the morning, enjoy a short city tour to visit Notre Dame Cathedral - a neo-Romanesque cathedral constructed between 1877 and 1883 using bricks from Marseilles and stained-glass windows from Chartres; Old Sai Gon Post Office; Cho lon - the Chinatown of the City and the Emperor Jade Pagoda (Phuoc Hai - one of the most interesting pagodas in Vietnam).
