Greetings from Vietnam. When you arrive at Noi Bai International Airport, a driver and guide from Golden Trail Travel will meet you and take you to the hotel located in the center of Hanoi. Day 2: Hanoi – Nghia Lo
After a substantial breakfast at the hotel and a two-hour ride in our shuttle bus to the cycling location, we depart the busy metropolis. After arriving at the cycling site, we warm up and get ready for our Miracle Bicycle Trip in Far North Vietnam Tour 15 Days. We then ride on a picturesque road through quaint towns and breathtaking farmlands, arriving at Son Duong town for lunch.After lunch, we ride our bikes through beautiful landscape on tarmac roads to Tuyen Quang. Day 3: Nghia Lo – Tu Le – Khau Pa pass - Mu Cang Chai
The second day of a 15-day cycle tour in Far North Vietnam begins today with a visit to the local market in Nghia Lo Town, where guests can peruse and purchase items made locally.The market is a gathering place for ethnic minorities in North Vietnam; visiting and taking pictures there is an amazing experience. After that, we begin our 45-kilometer ride to Tu Le on a winding road, passing through charming rice paddies and valleys, and climbing an 18-kilometer slope to see the breathtaking scenery and magnificent Tu Le town. Day 4: Mu Cang Chai – Than Uyen
Today is a great day that has all of the trip's highlights. We begin our cycling tour through three villages that have incredibly beautiful rice terraces that are recognized as Vietnam's National Rice Terraces Heritages, and an undulating route that follows a river leads to Thanh Uyen.After a filling breakfast, we leave the hotel and begin our cycling adventure in the far north of Vietnam. The route follows a river and a slope. As we ascend to the summit and enjoy the fresh air, we are rewarded by the remarkable landscape features. Coffee, tea, and snacks are available before we descend to Mu Cang Chai, a poor district of Yen Bai Province home to 85% H'Mong people who are the hosts of the National Rice Terrace Beauty. We make a lunch stop at Mu Cang Chai Town. Following our meal, we ride on to Than Uyen, where we visit the market and the town itself. Arrive, unwind, and get ready for dinner. Day 5: Than Uyen – Bao Ha
We left the hotel after a filling breakfast and headed toward Pho Rang town. Fully supported car following, in case any of us require help.Today is our trip's most difficult and amazing cycling day. We'll ride over concrete, mixed, and paved roads, cross some steep passes, and wound along a narrow path that ends in a new highway with hairpin curves and abrupt turns. Day 6: Bao Ha - Pho  Rang –  Xuan Giang - Quang Binh - Ha Giang
We start our bike journey from the hotel after a filling breakfast, eager to see Quang Binh Town. You then ride a beautiful road that passes through charming villages and verdant rice paddies.Today is a completely different trip than yesterday's as we ride slowly on paved roads and single tracks through idyllic hill tribe villages, breathtaking rice paddies, and cinnamon forests. We also meet and converse with the hill tribe people along the way or in local markets to gain insight into their way of life. Day 7: Ha Giang – Yen Minh
We leave town this morning after completely replenishing our energy at the hotel. We cycle the first 25 kilometers on a somewhat sloping route that passes past terraced rice fields. We ride for the following 25 km, passing past minority communities and up winding roads into the massive limestone mountain range with its vertical rock walls. We climb 800 meters towards the mountain road pass known as "Heaven gate 1." The people in the mountain villages we pass through, often shrouded in clouds, will greet us warmly. From the pass, we have breathtaking views all around, including the well-known scene of the Tam Son valley with the "Twin Hills" and the ability to see Quan Ba town.Lunch on the summit while taking in the gorgeous surroundings. Following lunch, we rode our bikes down to the river and continued to the Gam River till we came to another pass. The first few kilometers of our ride are uphill, followed by a roughly 10-kilometer descent and the next 10-kilometer stretch of mostly level ground. We have a strenuous ascent and descend to a height of 1.025 meters before making our last 15-kilometer descent into Yenh Minh. The local hill tribes' traditional dwellings will be open for us to view. Day 8: Yen Minh – Dong Van
We are having a fantastic and amazing day riding through the world-renowned Dong Van Karst Plateau Geopark.After a filling breakfast at the hotel, head to the vibrant hill tribal market next door, and start cycling along Happiness Road to Dong Van. Riding your bike to the summit rewards you with stunning views of the Karsk Plateau and unspoiled environment. After making a stop to see and explore the Hmong King Palace (also known as Vuong Chi Sinh Palace), we will cycle on to the Lung Cu Pole Flag Tower. Eat lunch on the way. We continue cycling on back roads to Dong Van Town after lunch. Day 9: Dong Van – Meo Vac – Bao Lac
The White Hmong, Tay, and Lo Lo hill tribes are the principal users of the daily market held in the town centers of Dong Van and Meo Vac. Ladies clad in their vibrant traditional attire enter the town with baskets made of bamboo that are filled with vegetables and corn. Today, we travel a distant mountain road to cross the amazing Ma Phi Leng Pass, which connects the towns of Meo Vac and Dong Van. Riding a bicycle on a mountainside and taking in the breathtaking landscape of the Nho Que River reflected in crystalline water is an incredible experience. Enjoy the first two kilometers on a level route as we leave Dong Van Town. The next seven kilometers are an arduous climb on a meandering road with a sudden turn at the top.Cycle 16 km downhill down the mountain to Meo Vac Town. After reaching Meo Vac, regroup and ascend 7 km of hard passes to reach the summit, then descend to Ly Bon Bridge.After a somewhat easy ascent, we make the last 30 kilometers of our journey on level ground. Along the route, we will see members of the minority communities in the area, all decked out in colorful tribal garb. Take a detour to explore the local market or the way of life of the hill tribesmen. Eat lunch on the way. Day 10: Bao Lac – Cao Bang
This is going to be our hardest cycling day so far. when we climb Pia Hoac's summit for 38 kilometers in a half-day and then travel down a paved road to Cao Bang City. While riding, we will see the breathtaking limestone mountain range and discover the unspoiled territory on the border.While traveling, have lunch. We continue on to Cao Bang city after lunch. Day 11: Cao Bang – Tra linh
After a filling breakfast at the motel, we begin our ride to Pac Po. Savor the unspoiled environment and breathtaking views as traveling through tranquil villages on a tarmac road. converse with members of the hill tribe as children travel to and from school. We continue on the newly undulating route toward Pac Po.For the Vietnamese people, Pac Po is a hallowed place. It was the birthplace of the Vietnam Revolution from 1930 to 1945 and the place where President Ho Chi Minh first set foot in Vietnam after thirty years of living and working overseas.At 108 kilometers, Pac Po is situated between two major mountain ranges, a river, and a stream that share a border with China. Hochiminh made the decision to establish this location for the first Vietnamese Revolution.By visiting this historical site, tourists can learn about Hochiminh life and the Post-Vietnam Revolution.When Pac Po arrives, we take some time to honor the forerunners and Hochiminh, who rallied the Vietnamese people to vote in opposition to Japanese troops and a French military campaign in 1945 in order to achieve independence. We prepare our bike for an ascent to the Gate of Heaven after our visit. Day 12: Tra Linh – Ban Gioc
Following a filling breakfast at the hotel, we ride for a few kilometers on the town's paved road before turning into a broken road that leads to a dirt track trail that leads to Trung Khanh. As we go through the heart of the world's largest geopark, Vietnam, you will be able to take in the amazing vistas and magnificent landscapes. After Trung Khanh arrives, reassemble and take a short break for refreshments. We carry on traveling till we leave the single track and arrive at Quay Son River. As we ride along the border strip, cross a bamboo bridge, and pedal through charming towns and rice paddies, we can take in the breathtaking scenery. Lunching at the Eco Homestay. Following lunch, we go kayaking down the Quay Son River or cycling to the Ban Gioc Waterfall. Day 13: Ban Gioc – Quang Uyen
Rise early to explore the enthralling natural surroundings and go towards the stunning Ban Gioc Water Fall. Day 14: Quang Uyen – Bac Son
After breakfast at the hotel, we begin our new cycling day by traveling through That Khe and Dong Khe town on the historic National Route 4D to Lang Son. Cycling gives you the chance to see the border between the previous battlegrounds of Dong Khe and That Khe, which saw French troops arrive in 1950 and start a new fight of aid against them that would last until 1954, when Vietnam was liberated.
