The afternoon is dedicated to the Ho Chi Minh Complex. We visit (outside) the Mausoleum, and then enjoy a leisurely walk through the botanical gardens to see the Presidential Palace, Ho Chi Minh’s modest house on stilts, and the unique One-Pillar Pagoda (a symbol of purity). We then explore the elegant French Quarter.

We conclude our cultural circuit with a journey around West Lake. We visit the ancient Quan Thanh Temple (11th century) and the stunning Tran Quoc Pagoda (6th century) , one of the oldest in the country, situated romantically on an islet. The evening culminates in a mesmerizing Water Puppet Show, an ancient Vietnamese art form that brings folklore to life on the water.
