Greetings from Vietnam. When you arrive at Noi Bai International Airport, a driver and Golden Trail Travel guide will meet you and take you to the hotel located in the center of Hanoi. Hanoi, the historic and vibrant capital of Vietnam, is home to some of Asia's most remarkable colonial buildings as well as a distinct old world charm. Following check-in, unwind on your own while discussing the schedule for the next few days with our guide. Take a cyclo ride through the Old Quarter's busy streets to explore Hanoi's blend of modern and historical charm. You will be greeted with a special welcome meal at a traditional Vietnamese restaurant following the trip. Day 2: Hanoi – Nghia Lo
After a filling breakfast at the hotel, we depart the busy city and travel for two hours by shuttle bus to Tan Son Town, which is located beside the Thao River.You are rewarded with beautiful views and enjoyable sightseeing. When we get to the riding point, we eat lunch at a nearby restaurant.After lunch, we start riding to Nghia Lo along the banks of the Red River. We also take pleasure in the relaxed pace of the gradually rolling asphalt road as we pass numerous rice and corn fields. As we ride through village after hamlet, observe tranquil villages. arriving late in the afternoon in Nghia Lo City. Day 3: Nghia Lo –  Tu Le  - Mu Cang Chai
We begin the day with a trip to Nghia Lo Town's local market, where we may take a look around and purchase handicrafts made in the area.The market is the gathering place for ethnic minorities in North Vietnam; visiting and taking pictures there is an amazing experience. After that, we begin our 45-kilometer leisure ride to Tu Le from the hotel. The ride passes through a picturesque valley and intriguing rice paddies, and then climbs 8 kilometers to a slope where we can see the breathtaking scenery and the town of Tu Le. Tu Le rolling down for lunch. After lunch, we take on the 25-kilometer Khau Pa difficult pass. refreshments before descending through three villages with breathtakingly beautiful rice terraces that are recognized as Vietnam's National Rice Terraces Heritages. Day 4: Mu Cang Chai – Than Uyen
TToday is a great day that has all of the trip's highlights. We begin the day by cycling through three towns that have incredibly beautiful rice terraces that are recognized as Vietnam's National Rice Terraces Heritages. An undulating road that follows a river leads to Thanh Uyen.After a filling breakfast, we head out on our bicycles from the hotel and ride along a rolling route that parallels the river and the hillside. As we ascend to the summit and enjoy the fresh air, we are rewarded by the remarkable landscape features. Coffee, tea, and snacks are available before we descend to Mu Cang Chai, a poor district of Yen Bai Province home to 85% H'Mong people who are the hosts of the National Rice Terrace Beauty. We make a lunch stop at Mu Cang Chai Town. Following our meal, we ride on to Than Uyen, where we visit the market and the town itself. Arrive, unwind, and get ready for dinner. Day 5: Than Uyen – Bao Ha - Vinh Yen
We departed for Bao Ha town after enjoying a filling breakfast at the motel. Fully equipped car follows, in case any of us need help.Today is our trip's most difficult and amazing cycling day. We'll ride over concrete, mixed, and paved roads, cross some steep passes, and travel via narrow, hairpin roads that lead to a new highway. We're going to bike to Bao Ha town along the new highway. Day 6: Vinh Yen  – Trung Do - Ban Lien -  Bac Ha
We start our bike ride from the hotel after a filling breakfast, eager to see Ban Lien Village. A strenuous, short, steep pass with a meandering road leads to Ban Lien by a descent. Day 7: Bac Ha – Thong Nguyen
Making a quick switch after breakfast to avoid a steep pass. We left the Lung Phinh portion and rode a beautiful route, passing through several real Hmong hill tribal communities, before arriving in Nam Ma for a rest stop.Having refueled, we mount our bikes and ride down a narrow, sharply curved road to the town of Coc Pai, where we have a picnic lunch.After a picnic lunch, we start riding along the river to take in the breathtaking view of the rice terraces and the tall mountain ranges that are interspersed with the villages of the hill tribes. Day 8: Thong Nguyen – Ha Giang
The provincial capital of the same name is Ha Giang. The breathtaking environment is hinted at by the limestone outcrops that tower over the suburbs as its backdrop. Ha Giang province is bordered by the provinces of Lao Cai, Yen Bai, Tuyen Quang, and Cao Bang, and it has a 270-kilometer border with Yunnan province in China. We ride the road between Hoang Su Phi and Ha Giang at a leisurely pace today. It provides travelers with one of the most stunning limestone mountains and breathtaking views of rice terraces; it is recognized as a National Heritage Site of Northeastern Vietnam. Day 9: Ha Giang – Yen Minh
We cycle the first 25 kilometers out of town on a comparatively level road, passing past terraced rice paddies. We set off this morning. We ride for the following 25 km, passing past minority communities and up winding roads into the massive limestone mountain range with its vertical rock walls. We climb 800 meters towards the mountain road pass known as "Heaven gate 1." The people in the mountain villages we pass through, often shrouded in clouds, will greet us warmly.From the pass, we have breathtaking views all around, including the well-known scene of the Tam Son valley with the "Twin Hills" and the ability to see Quan Ba town.Lunch on the summit while taking in the gorgeous surroundings. Following lunch, we rode our bikes down to the river and continued to the Gam River till we came to another pass. The first few kilometers of our ride are uphill, followed by a roughly 10-kilometer descent and the next 10-kilometer stretch of mostly level ground. We have a strenuous ascent and descend to a height of 1.025 meters before making our last 15-kilometer descent into Yenh Minh. Day 10: Yen Minh – Dong Van
We are having a fantastic and amazing day riding through the world-renowned Dong Van Karst Plateau Geopark.After a filling breakfast at the hotel, head to the vibrant hill tribal market next door, and start cycling along Happiness Road to Dong Van. Riding your bike to the summit rewards you with stunning views of the Karsk Plateau and unspoiled environment. After making a stop to see and explore the Hmong King Palace (also known as Vuong Chi Sinh Palace), we will cycle on to the Lung Cu Pole Flag Tower. Eat lunch on the way. We continue cycling on back roads to Dong Van Town after lunch. Day 11: Dong Van – Meo vac – Mau Due - Du Gia
The White Hmong, Tay, and Lo Lo hill tribes are the principal users of the daily market held in the town centers of Dong Van and Meo Vac. Ladies clad in their vibrant traditional attire enter the town with baskets made of bamboo that are filled with vegetables and corn. Today, we travel a distant mountain road to cross the amazing Ma Phi Leng Pass, which connects the towns of Meo Vac and Dong Van. Riding a bicycle on a mountainside and taking in the breathtaking landscape of the Nho Que River reflected in crystalline water is an incredible experience. Enjoy the first two kilometers on a level route as we leave Dong Van Town. The next seven kilometers are an arduous climb on a meandering road with a sudden turn at the top. Cycle 16 km downhill down the mountain to Meo Vac Town. When Meo Vac arrives, regroup We ride on a beautiful route to Mau Due, where we will see breathtaking rocky mountains and a karstic geopark. We will also encounter some steep passes as we cycle through the heart of the UNESCO-recognized town of Mau Due. Day 12: Du Gia – Bac Me
being awakened by the aroma and sound of the neighborhood daily market. Early in the morning, you will meet and converse with members of hill tribes who are dressed colorfully and exchange their own goods. Enjoy a simple breakfast that our staff has prepared. following refueling for a fresh riding day. After picking up our bikes from the hotel, we ride through the town and over a short, steep mountain to Mau Due, which offers a panoramic view of the Dong Van Karstic Geology Park and beautiful surroundings.We keep traveling the Mau Due-Du Gia road, stopping along the way to take in the breathtakingly beautiful scenery. Day 13: Bac Me – Ngoi Hoa – Na Hang – Ba Be
Riders should expect a demanding and exciting day as we go to Yen Hoa through an unexplored area of Na Hang National Park. There are several really steep passes throughout the route, but overall the road is fantastic. The first few miles will be difficult as we ride uphill on a narrow road with many of hairpin turns that will take us to the summit.The second trip will be lovely and pleasant as we ride past numerous tribal settlements and breathtaking landscapes before arriving at Da Vi village and stopping for lunch. After some time, take a boat journey to the Dau Dang Waterfall. Then, pick up our bikes and continue riding off-road to Be Be Lake. Take another boat trip to witness more stunning scenery, including a limestone mountain in the lake. Finally, ride our bikes through the National Park to the hotel. Dinner and lodging at the homestay or Hotel.Situated on the edge of a limestone mountain, Ba Be Lake is one of the largest freshwater lakes in Vietnam and is among the world's 28 largest freshwater lakes.
