We then enjoy a walk along the famous My Khe Beach, pausing to take photos of the iconic coastline and the stunning views of the Goodness of Mercy statue on the hillside.

Mid-Day: Conquering the Pass Prepare for the highlight: the drive over the legendary Hai Van Pass ("Sea Cloud Pass"). At the summit, stop to capture breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean, mountains, and lagoons—a genuine feeling of conquer the Central Coast!

Afternoon: Citadel & Spirituality Upon arrival in Hue and enjoying lunch, we immediately begin our exploration of the Imperial City:

• Thien Mu Pagoda: We visit one of the oldest and most beautiful pagodas in Hue, dating back to 1601. Admire the majestic Octagon Tower and the peaceful views over the Perfume River—a spiritual highlight.

• Hue Citadel: The centerpiece of Imperial Vietnam. Inspired by Vauban fortifications, we explore the vast complex comprising the Capital City (Kinh Thanh), the Imperial City (Hoang Thanh), and the once-Forbidden City (Cam Thanh). Walk through the South Gate and the Palace of Supreme Harmony, truly walking in the footsteps of Vietnam's emperors.

This tranquil village is famous for its distinct divine grapefruit trees. Upon arrival, you'll take a bike to leisurely explore the peaceful paths, enjoying the pleasant perfume aroma. You will visit a traditional garden house and have a wonderful opportunity to interact with local people working in their gardens, gaining a genuine feel for the warmth of the local villages.

Afternoon: Cooking & Culinary Reward The highlight of the afternoon is a hands-on experience! Join a cooking class focusing on selected Hue specialties.
