Morning: Your adventure begins with a pickup from your hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter at 8:00 AM. A comfortable ride will take you to Dinh Vu Port, where a quick and scenic 10-minute speedboat trip awaits to transport you to the beautiful Cat Ba Island. Upon arrival, we’ll head to Cat Ba town for a delicious local lunch.
Afternoon: Prepare for an exhilarating trekking experience! We’ll head into the heart of Cat Ba National Park, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. Our 8-10km off-the-beaten-path trek will take you through a primal forest, a paradise for birdwatching and wildlife spotting. Keep an eye out for wild animals and thousands of colorful butterflies. If you’re lucky, you might even spot one of the rare and endangered Cat Ba langurs. We’ll pass by serene landscapes like Frog Lake before reaching the peaceful Viet Hai village.
