The park has two statues of Merlion. The one larger is about 8.6m tall and weighing 70 tons. Behind is the smaller Merlion Cub with a height of 2 meters and weighing 3 tons. Being opened in 1994 and located next to Singapore Zoo, Night Safari is the world's first wildlife park for nightlife. But this is where the wildlife reproduces more vividly than any other park. Your eyes will take a while to get used to the dense darkness here, but once you get used to it you will be welcomed by more than 2,500 live animals of more than 130 species - including many native mammals, Asian elephant, Malayan frog and Malayan tiger are endangered. The animals now live in 35 hectares of dense rainforest.
