Day 1: Arrival Beijing

Day 2: Beijing
Tian'anmen Square, Forbidden City, Temple of HeavenMeals: Breakfast, LunchDepart from your hotel in the morning to visit Tian'anmen Square, the World largest urban square and the Forbidden City, the largest and most complete ancient imperial palace in the world. Then visit the Temple of Heaven in the afternoon. We will stop at a pearl store before back to hotel. Peking Opera is available for your optional night entertainment. 
Day 3: Beijing
Mutianyu Great Wall, Exterior view or Bird Nest and Water CubeMeals: Breakfast, LunchIn the morning, take a driving from downtown to Huairou District to visit the Mutianyu Great Wall first. When you can spend 2 or more time on enjoying the majesty of great wall. Take cable car or toboggan is your optional way down to the foot. On the way back to downtown, have a photo stop at the exit of Bird Nest and Water Cube. You will also have chance to have a cup of tea in a tea house. Peking Roasted Duck is available for your optional dinner.
Day 4: Beijing - Xi'an
Summer Palace, High Speed Train to Xi'anMeals: Breakfast, LunchIn the morning, visit to Summer Palace, the famous royal garden. After lunch, transfer to Beijing West Railway Station to catch the afternoon high speed train from Xian. Upon arriving at Xian, you will be met and transferred to hotel by your local guide.
Day 5: Xi'an
Terracotta Warriors, Xian City Wall, Small Wild Goose Pagoda, Muslim StreetMeals: Breakfast, LunchIt will be exciting day to explore the history and culture of China by a visit to Terracotta Warriors in the morning - one of the world's most important archaeological finds, with troops, horses and carriages in battle formation. Then you will have a chance to visit pottery figurine factory, where you can learn how to make a pottery figurine. After lunch back to Xian downtown, climb up to the Ancient Xian City Wall, where you could choose to visit on foot, by biking or richshaw ( the extra fee for biking and richshaw on your own expense). Then a leisure walk in Small Wild Goose Pagoda and stroll around Muslim Street and surroundings.
Day 6: Xi'an - Lhasa
Flight to LhasaMeals: BreakfastEnjoy your free time then be transferred to the airport for the flight to Lhasa. Arrive at Lhasa, be met at Gongar airport and transferred to the hotel to catch up with some good rest and acclimation.
Day 7: Lhasa
Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, Barkhor StreetMeals: Breakfast, LunchDepart from hotel in the morning, you will have another full day trip that covering the visit to Potala Palace - largest monastery of its type in the world and official home to Dalai Lama, Jokhang Temple - where monks receive their official training and education and Barkhor Street in Lhasa - afford us a window into Tibetan culture and an opportunity to buy colorful ethnic handicrafts rarely seen outside of Tibet.
Day 8: Lhasa
Drepung Monastery, Norbulingka, Sera MonasteryMeals: Breakfast, LunchAfter breakfast, enjoy your one day city tour today that starts with a visit to Drepung Monastery - one of the three great monasteries in Tibet, then continue your tour to Norbulingka - the largest traditional garden in Tibet, and then Sera Monastery.
Day 9: Lhasa - Chengdu
Flight to ChengduMeals: BreakfastEnjoy your own free time then be transferred to the airport for the short flight to Chengdu. Upon arrival, be transferred to the hotel for a good rest.
Day 10: Chengdu
Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding, People's Park, Jinli Old StreetMeals: Breakfast, LunchDepart from your hotel in the morning, you will then enjoy a whole-day trip of Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding - the world-famous Panda breeding research located about 10km (6 miles) out of the city. In the afternoon, visit Chengdu People's Park, where you can have some interesting experiences, like drinking tea in the tea house, seeing locals playing cards/Mahjong, singing & dancing, etc. Then walk around Jinli Old Street before transfer back to hotel.  For an optional activity tonight, how about taste the Hot Pot in Sichuan Style.
Day 11: Chengdu - Shanghai
Sichuan Cuisine Museum, Flight to ShanghaiMeals: Breakfast, LunchLeisure breakfast in your hotel, we will start today's trip with a hotel pick-up. A trip to visit Sichuan Cuisine Museum is arranged this morning.  At the Museum, you will not only realize the history of Sichuan Cuisine, but also have chance to watch the whole procedure of cooking and practice cooking Sichuan food. Then be transferred to the airport to board the domestic flight to Shanghai.
Day 12: Shanghai
Yuyuan Garden, Confucius Temple, the Bund, Jade Buddha Temple, Xintiandi, Shanghai MuseumMeals: Breakfast, LunchThe last day but still an inspiring day to explore the city of Shanghai,the largest and most modern city in mainland China. We will start the tour by short trip to Yuyuan Garden which is a Chinese classic garden in city downtown. And then we will enjoy a Chinese tea ceremony at nearby tea house. After that, we will walk to visit Confucius Temple, which is not far from Yuyuan Garden. Before lunch, walk along the Bund, admiring the illuminated buildings lining the Huangpu River. From the Bund, Multinational Classic Buildings Complex, you could see the landmark of Shanghai--- The Oriental Pearl TV Tower as well as other high-rised buildings from the Bund.A Chinese lunch is arranged for you at a local restaurant, and then drive to visit Xintiandi & Former French Concession,  to enjoy the traditional Shanghai architecture like Shikumen. Then we will visit Jade Buddha Temple, one of the Shanghai must-see attractions, and till now, it is still an active one that with 70 resident monks at last count. In order to make it convenient for the adherents to visit, it was bodily moved to Shanghai City at the present sire in 1918. Then you will have a chance to visit Silk Museum where you will how silk is produced.  Then our group will drive by Shanghai People's Square to visit Shanghai Museum, a large museum of ancient Chinese art and just sited on the People's Square of Shanghai. Then the tour is finished by a drop-off at your hotel. In the evening, how about enjoy a breathtaking Acrobatic Show as your optional night entertainment.
