Day 1: Arrival Beijing

Transfer service to hotelMeals: No MealsArrive in Beijing, the capital city of China. You will be greeted and met by Golden Trail Travel tour guide at the airport and transferred to your hotel, whenever your flight arrives in Beijing. After check-in, free at leisure for the rest of the day.

Day 2: Beijing

Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, Jingshan Park, Temple of Heaven, Panjiayuan Antique MarketMeals: Breakfast & Lunch[09:00-09:30] Our guide will meet you up at the hotel lobby and start to explore the historical city of Beijing.[09:30-12:30] You will reach the Tian’anmen Square , the largest public square in the world. Walk through the square and visit today’s highlight: Forbidden City , the largest and most complete ancient imperial palace in the world.[12:30-14:00] Lunch time at Shi Yuan Restaurant, Chinese local food, famous for the braised eggplant, vegetable ball, and diced chicken with walnuts in soya sauce.[14:00-16:30] Visit Temple of Heaven , which was used to pray for harvest by the emperors. It is China's existing largest structure for sacrifice to heaven. Day 3: Beijing

Mutianyu Great Wall, Olympic Park, The exterior Bird Nest and Water CubeMeals: Breakfast & Lunch[08:00-08:30] Our guide will meet you up at the hotel lobby and start to explore the Great Wall.[08:30-12:30] Drive to Mutianyu Great Wall , which section is more popular among foreign visitors. Upon arrival, you can choose to hike on the Great Wall, or take cable car up and walk around.[12:30-13:30] Lunch time at Xiaolongpu Restaurant, famous for the vegetable food, such as fried vegetables, dry-fried beans, sweet corn cake[13:30-16:30] Drive back to Beijing city, while you can take a nap in the car. Visit the exterior Bird Nest and Water Cube, the amazing architectures that built for Beijing Olympic Games. Day 4: Beijing - Xian

Our guide will meet you up at the hotel lobby and have half day leisure tour in Beijing.[10:00-11:30] Drive to Drum Tower area for taking a relaxing Hutong Tour by rickshaw , which is the way to know the Beijing local lifestyle.[11:30-14:30] Drive to Summer Palace , which is the existing largest, best-preserved imperial garden in China. Day 5: Xian

Terracotta Warriors, Ancient City Wall, Muslim QuarterMeals: Breakfast & Lunch[09:00-09:30] Our guide will meet you up at the hotel lobby and start to explore the Ancient city.[09:30-12:30] Drive to Terracotta Warriors and explore one of the world's most important archaeological finds, with troops, horses and carriages in battle formation. Shuttle bus will be arranged for your convenience.[12:30-14:00] Lunch time at Lanchi Restaurant, professional for buffet and local food, such as dim sum, noodles and Chinese hamburger.[14:00-17:00] Visit the Xian City Wall , which represents one of the oldest and best preserved Chinese city walls. Bicycle or sightseeing car will be arranged on the wall to go around. Day 6: Xian - Jiuzhaigou

Fly from Xian to Jiuzhaigou, Huanglong National ParkMeals: Breakfast & LunchNotes: Jiuzhaigou scenic area is still closed since the earthshake. We will inform you once get the opening notice from government. If you are interested in this tour, do not hesitate to contact with our travel advisor to recommend suitable alternative place.After breakfast, be transferred to the airport for morning flight to Jiuzhaigou. Your Jiuzhaigou tour guide will wait for you at the airport.[12:00-16:00] Lunch will be served at local restaurant nearby Chuanzhusi Temple. After lunch, visit Huanglong National Park , which is a World Natural Heritage site, and famous for its colorful ponds, snowy mountains, deep valleys, and dense forest. All the colors of the rainbow are here. The landscape studded with waterfalls and terraced, colored limestone ponds of blue, yellow, white and green. We suggest you hike on the mountain to explore the real beauty of Huanglong National Park. There is also cable car service available, and you can take it to the top at your expense for relaxing trip.[16:00-17:30] Drive to your hotel in Jiuzhaigou about 1.5 hours. Get rest and prepare for tomorrow excursion tour to Jiuzhaigou Valley .

Day 7: Jiuzhaigou

Jiuzhaigou ValleyMeals: Breakfast & Lunch[08:00-08:30] Our guide will meet you up at the hotel lobby and start to explore the fairyland and national treasure.[08:30-12:30] Take full day excursion into Jiuzhaigou valley with your guide accompanying. Take a shuttle bus from Lantian Station to the Long Lake, then walk around and enjoy the Long lake & the Five-colour Pool. After that, take a shuttle bus from Five-colour Pool to Nuorilang Waterfall.[12:30-13:30] Lunch time will be served at Nuorilang restaurant in the park. You can also choose to have a picnic lunch at stopover site.[13:30-17:30] Continue your hiking tour in the afternoon and feel relaxed without pushing at all. Walk to the Nuorilang Waterfall for a visit before taking a shuttle bus from Nuorilang to Shuzheng Lake, visit the Rhino Lake, Tiger Lake, Shuzheng Fall and Princess Lake along the way in the bus . Then walk around and enjoy the Shuzheng Lake, the Shuzheng Valley, Take a shuttle bus From Shuzheng Lake to Shuanglong Lake for a visit to the Shuanglong Waterfall.[17:30-18:00] Get on the shuttle bus again to the exit and end today’s trip. Relax in the hotel. The Tibetan dancing show will be an optional activity for you in the evening.

Day 8: Jiuzhaigou - Chengdu

Fly to Chengdu, Free at leisureMeals: BreakfastMorning at leisure in the hotel and be transferred to Guilin airport for flight to Chengdu. Your Chengdu tour guide will wait for you at the airport and help you to transfer to the hotel. Today is a free day without tours and you will get refreshing and you can just stroll around Kuanzhai Alley which is the famous snack street in the evening.

Day 9: Chengdu

Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding, Renmin Park, Jinli Old StreetMeals: Breakfast & Lunch[09:00-09:30] Our guide will meet you up at the hotel lobby and start to explore the Panda hometown.[09:30-12:30] Enjoy your interesting tour to Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding which is a huge institution replicates the natural habitat of the giant panda. Sightseeing shuttle bus is included. You will learn the habits and characteristics of Giant and baby pandas, observe them eating bamboos and playing around. Lunch will be arranged as local food at restaurant nearby.[12:30-13:30] Typical lunch will be arranged as Hot Pot at Old House restaurant.[13:30-16:30] In the afternoon, visit Renmin Park and it is the paradise for local people who addict to dancing, playing mahjong, drinking teas. We will arrange tea break in the park and mahjong lesson if you are interested in. After that enjoy shopping time at Jinli Old Street which is the elegant style of the architectures tells you what Sichuan looks like during the Qing Dynasty.[16:30-17:30] Back to the hotel and the Face Changing show will be a good option or you can just stroll around Kuanzhai Alley which is the famous snack street in the evening.

Day 10: Chengdu - Chongqing

Leshan Giant Buddha, Take bullet train to Chongqing, Check in Yangtze River Cruise boat Meals: Breakfast & Lunch[10:00-10:30] Morning sleep late and check-out from the hotel with full energy. Our guide will meet you at the hotel lobby and have extension tour to Leshan Giant Buddha before leaving for Huangshan[10:30-13:30] Drive to Leshan city about 2 hours and have lunch as Sichuan cuisine at local restaurant[13:30-16:00] Spend the whole afternoon at Leshan Giant Buddha with two ways to explore. Firstly climb up the Giant Buddha which is the tallest stone Buddha statue in the world, which was carved out of a cliff. The path is narrow but safe. You will have about 1.5 hours hike from bottom to the top and you will take close encounter with the Giant Buddha. Get down from another way after short break and take the cruise on Minjiang River. You will have whole scene of the Giant Buddha which is really impressed to observe from a distance.Be transferred to Chengdu train station for bullet train to Chongqing. Upon arrival, be met by our guide and transferred directly to the wharf and embark the Yangtze River Cruise which Set sail from Chongqing at 9:00 p.m.

Day 11: Yangtze River Cruise

Three Gorges Dam Site, High speed train to ShanghaiMeals: Breakfast[06:00-07:45] Buffet breakfast[07:45-10:45] Disembark at Maoping cruise terminal, Shore excursion to Three Gorges Dam Site; After the visiting, the local tour guide will pick you up and transfer to a good local restaurant to have a lunch before being transferred to train station to take high speed rail(about 7.5 hours) to Shanghai. Your Shanghai tour guide will wait for you at the station and help you to transfer to the hotel.

Day 14: Shanghai

Jade Buddha Temple, the exterior of Oriental Pearl TV Tower, Yuyuan Garden; Shanghai Old Street, The BundMeals: Breakfast & Lunch[09:00-09:30] Our guide will meet you up at the hotel lobby and start to explore the Modern city of China.[09:30-12:30] Visit Jade Buddha Temple, which is famous for the seated Buddha, encrusted with jewels, which is said to weigh 1,000 kg.Then visit the exterior of Oriental Pearl TV Tower, while walking on Riverside Promenade Bingjiang Da Dao.[12:30-13:30] Lunch time for the local special food, Dim Sum and Steamed Bun[13:30-16:30] Visit Yuyuan Garden, which is a Chinese classic garden in city downtown, shopping time at Shanghai Old Street and Nanjing Road which is the earliest commercial street in Shanghai, you could look for some special souvenirs and silk product there. Day 15: Shanghai - Huangshan

Take high speed train to Huangshan, Chengkan Ancient Village, Tunxi Old StreetMeals: Breakfast& Lunch[07:30-08:00] Get up early in the morning. Check-out and be transferred to the train station for 4 hours bullet train to Huangshan city.[09:30-14:00] You will get on the bullet to Huangshan city. Upon arrival, your local tour guide will meet you up at Huangshan train station and have simple lunch in the station.[14:00-17:00] Enjoy afternoon tour to Chengkan Ancient Village which is a perfect and typical combination of beautiful natural scenery and Huizhou culture art. It is famous for well-preserved residential architecture of the Ming Dynasty (1368 AD - 1644 AD). The ancient architectures contain elegant pavilions, bridges, houses, ancestral temples, wells, etc. Taste the local snack in the village. You can have a try the flocky bean curd which is very famous.[17:00-18:00] Drive back to Huangshan city and check in. Enjoy your free time at Tunxi Old Street which is an ancient Western-European architect once visited the old street and said that he had found "The Eastern Ancient Rome.” You can find delicious food there as well.

Day 16: Huangshan

Mt. Huangshan, Lion Peak, Shixin Peak, Grand Canyon of XihaiMeals: Breakfast& Lunch[09:00-09:30] Our guide will meet you up at the hotel lobby and start today’s exploration on Mt. Huangshan. You can store your luggage in the hotel and travel light.[09:30-12:30] Enjoy your full day excursion to visit Mt. Huangshan which is one of China's ten best-known scenic spots and also the No. 1 Mountain under heaven.. It is characterized by the four wonders, namely, odd-shaped pines, grotesque rock formation, seas of clouds and crystal-clear hot springs. Yellow Mountain is celebrated for having all the features of mountain scenery. Take cable car up and head for Xihai hotel on the mountain. It is about half an hour hike to the hotel. En route, you will appreciate the Lion Peak and Shixin Peak.[12:30-13:30] Check-in and have lunch at the hotel’s restaurant. There is less choice for food on mountain and the best option would be in the hotel.[13:30-18:30] Spend your afternoon and hike on Grand Canyon of Xihai (West Sea). Grand Canyon of Xihai is the highlights of scenic area in Yellow. Covering the most prime scenery of Xihai Scenic Area, it starts at Paiyun Pavilion, linking White Cloud Area at Fairy-walking Bridge and creating a breath-taking sightseeing route. It is a circular footpath for hiking and you will reach the hotel you stay at the end of the tour.

Day 17: Huangshan - Hangzhou

Mt. Huangshan, Take high speed train to HangzhouMeals: Breakfast & Lunch[06:00-12:00] Get up earlier in the morning and go to Danxia Peak or nearby peak to watch the sunrise and sea of clouds. It is under the influence of weather. Try your luck! You might have chance to see colorful sea of clouds which is the top view of Mt. Huangshan. Back to your hotel for short break and take cable car down to the foot of Mt. Huangshan.[12:00-13:30] Lunch will be arranged at local restaurant in the old town and get your luggage which are stored in the hotel you stayed in Huangshan city. After that ,be transferred to Huangshan train station.[14:00-18:30] Take 3 hours bullet train to Hangzhou Your Hangzhou tour guide will wait for you at the train station and help you to transfer to the hotel.

Day 18: Hangzhou

West Lake, Lingyin Temple; Six Harmonies Pagoda, Tea Museum, Hefang StreetMeals: Breakfast & Lunch[09:00-09:30] Guide will meet you up at the hotel lobby early in the morning.[09:30-12:30] Today is a joyful day with firstly visit the West Lake, reputed for beautiful scenery, a multitude of historical sites, brilliant cultural relics, and a profusion of native products. We will arrange cruise tour on West Lake and it is also highly recommended to walk around. After that, visit the Lingyin Temple a site famous for not only as a Buddhism temple but also an attraction to catch beautiful scenery.[12:30-13:30] Lunch time at local restaurant for traditional Hangzhou cuisine[13:30-17:00] Visit Six Harmonies Pagoda, ensure a view of the Qiantang River and a far view towards the misty horizon. After that, visit China Tea Museum you can have close touch with the China tea history and know more about the tea producing process. Day 19: Hangzhou - Guilin

Your Guilin tour guide will wait for you at the airport and help you to transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon, visit Elephant Trunk Hill which is the badge of Guilin city. The whole hill looks exactly like a huge elephant stretching its trunk drinking water of the Li River. It is the masterpiece of karst landscape, composed of pure limestone deposited on seabed 360million years ago. You can climb up to the top and take full view of Guilin’s hills and rivers. Walking along the Li River and enjoy a short visit to Riyue Shuangta Cultural Park by walking around Shanhu Lake and viewing the Golden and Silver Twin Pagodas from the lake bank.

Day 20: Guilin

Huanglo Yao Village, Ping An Village, Dragon's Backbone Rice Terraces, Longji Zhuang VillagMeals: Breakfast & Lunch[08:30-09:00] Our guide will meet you up at the hotel lobby and get ready for today’s excursion to Longji Rice Terraces[09:00-13:00] Drive to Longji about 2 hours. It is mountain road and you can see some small terraces scenery outside the window as warm-up. Upon arrival, change for the shuttle bus provided by the scenic spot. Our guide will accompany with you throughout the tour. The shuttle bus will stop at Huanglo Yao Village and you will have chance to watch Long Hair Show and folk dance with an optional cost in the village. Start hiking to Ping An village from there which are all flagstone road and path. Climb up to the mountain about half an hour with breath-taking view on the way[13:00-14:00] Lunch time at local restaurant in Ping An village and try the typically local food, such as Bamboo Rice, Chinese Bacon and Bamboo shoot[14:00-16:30] Continue hiking to Longji Zhuang Village via stone trail to Zhuang village about 2.5 hours. It is the classic hiking route in Longji terrace field, smoothly and leisurely. En route, you will appreciate the endless terrace field and gorgeous view on the mountain[16:30-18:30] Drive back to Guilin city and you can have a traditional foot message at your own cost to allay tiredness

Day 21: Guilin

Li River; West Street, Countryside tourMeals: Breakfast & Lunch[08:00-08:30] Our guide will meet you up at the hotel lobby and start to explore the Li River on Cruise.[09:30-14:00] Enjoy cruise down the Li River with lunch on board. Deluxe cruise will be arranged with decent facility and good service. Savor the fairy-tale scenery while cruising down the meandering river to Yangshuo. You can go on the sundeck or just sit and appreciate the view from the picture windows.[14:00-17:00] After disembarking, stroll around the West Street which is the oldest street in Yangshuo with a history of more than 1,400 years. It now becomes a place that mixes the eastern and western culture harmoniously. West Street in Yangshuo has developed into the most prosperous area in Yangshuo. Day 22: Guilin - Hong Kong

Our guide will meet you up at the hotel lobby and start to explore the city of karst landform.[10:30-12:00] Visit Reed Flute Cave which is a famous scenic spot mainly offering a magic fairyland of stalactites, stalagmites, stone columns, curtains and flowers in fantastic shapes and colors while appreciating landscape and rural scenery.[12:00-13:00] A la carte lunch will be arranged at local restaurant, you can taste the local famous food, such as tofu, tianluonian and stewed pork with taros.After lunch, be transferred to Guilin West Train Station for the high speed train to Hong Kong. Do not leave the Tower complex - which is a little disorientating without riding the escalators to the outdoor observation deck: the views are breathtaking. After that, visit Aberdeen fishing village (with Sampan Ride), old-fashioned boats which provide floating homes for thousands of people. Taking a ride on one of the boats is a popular activity.Free at leisure in the afternoon by yourself to explore Hong Kong.
