Thailand Cycling  To Laos and Vietnam - Tour starts from inkok and finishes in Hanoi, cycling through Luangprabang, the Word Heritage Town. We start cycling to Khao Yai national park, then to Surin. From there, we cycle to visit the Elephant Village and cycle in this most beat beautiful part of Thailand to enjoy the scenery, the endless sugar cane farm, and, casava. Day 1: Bangkok to Khao Yai National Park
Pick up from your hotel in Bangkok by our experienced EngliEnglish-speaking guide. Bike fitting and tour briefing. Transfer about 1 hour and 15 minutes from Bangkok to Saraburi to avoid cycling in the busy trafitrafficangkok. We stop for rest room in the gas station and get ready for cycling on the back road to Khao Yai National Park. We stop for lunch before climbing to our hotel. Dinner and overnight in Khao Yai. Day 2: Khai Yai to Surin
Breakfast at the hotel. We start cycling a bit down downhillnjoy the fresh air. We stop for water after cycling and enjoying for a while and slow down to see this one of the most beautiful National Park. It is the biggest and longest hill and is just a couple of hours from Bangkok and situated between Saraburi and  Cambodia border. lunch will be around 50km. Day 3: Surin to Roi Et
Breakfast at the hotel. Get ready and start cycling from our hotel by taking back the road. Soon we get to a quiet small road that is suitable for cycling. We stop for water and visit “Ban Chang” means which  Elephant Village and learn how elephants connect with the people in the village. The villagers should take good care of the elephants but not ride them. Afternoon, we continue cycling on the quiet road to complete 80km. Dinner and overnight in Roi Et. Day 4: Roi Et to Khon Kaen
Breakfast at the hotel. We transfer about 30 minutes from the busy part of the town, then set off our bikes to cycle off the main road along the beautiful rice fields. This part of Surin and Khon Kaen are the biggest part to produce rice whereas the road to Udon Thani has more farming of sugar canes and casava. We stop for lunch at about Km 50 and after lunch, we cycle the last 29km to our hotel to relax at the pool. Dinner and overnight in Khon Kaen. Day 5: Khon Kaen to Udon Thani
Breakfast at the hotel. Today, we cycle in the most beautiful part of rural Thailand from one village to another and we stop to take photos quite often. Afternoon, we cycle through many nice sceneries starting with rice fields, endless sugar palm farms, and cassava. Then we reach the villages and out to the farms and fields again as the scenery keeps changing. There are a few down hills and up hills but not much climbing just about 150m to 300m high. Day 6: Udon Thani to Vientiane
Breakfast at the hotel. Today we cycle straight from the hotel. Watch out for the traffic for the first 5 to 10km. Then we get to the quiet road through the countryside. Today's cycling route is relatively flat with a maximum altitude of 150m high. We cycle on some of the very small roads through the countryside and the villages in the remote areas. Then we reach out to Nong Khai, the border town separated by Nong Khai (Thailand) and Vientiane (Laos) by the Mekong River. Late afternoon, proceed to the border crossing point at the foot of the bridge. We get our luggage and put off the bus as we change the support vehicle. Then stamp out at Thailand immigration and cross the 2km bridge and get the visa on arrival USD35 per person with 1 photo on the Laos side. Then continue our journey to Vientiane which is 15km from the border. Dinner and overnight in Vientiane. Activities: • 90km biking.,• Meal: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Day 7: Vientiane – Free Day
Breakfast at the hotel. Today, we have a free day from cycling to wander around Vientiane or city tour on your own. Overnight in Vientiane. (B)
Day 8: Vientiane to Nam Ngum Lake
Breakfast at the hotel. Fill in water and be prepared for our biking day. Event Vientiane is a quiet capital city compared to their neighboring countries but the road is still busy. So, we ride to follow a single line and watch for the traffic. We stop in a Hmong market for s short break. Lunch on route. Afternoon, we head to Nam Ngum lake, the biggest reservoir in Laos. Day 9: Nam Ngum Lake to Vang Vieng
After breakfast, we prepare for our hard day biking. We stop every 20km for a drink and snack stop. The overall route is modulated and steep hills in some parts. We will arrive in Vang Vieng known as the gate to Northern Laos or backpacker’s paradise a busy town packed with young tourists from all over the world because of its charming landscape and variety of fun activities. Day 10: Vang Vieng to Kiew Ka Cham
After breakfast, fill in water and be prepared to get on the bike. Today is the hard part of cycling with some up hills and down hills. So, we will start a bit early. You will be high in the mountains for the first half of the day following a ridge line up and down with peaks all around. In the afternoon it is time to relax a bit as the road is largely downhill along a valley to our overnight stop of Kiew Ka Cham, a small village on top of the mountains. Few people stop here overnight so the accommodation is very simple. It is a special experience to stay in such a place. Activities: • 94km biking.,• Meal: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Day 11: Kiew Ka Cham to Luang Prabang
After breakfast. We begin our cycling heading to Luang Prabang. We pass through lush forests and many small H’Mong villages that sit dwarfed by the amazing landscape of limestone mountains that surround them. Enjoy lunch with some snacks, local fruits, and drinks. Then we have a 20 minutes power nap before continuing cycling to Luang Prabang. After lunch, we are faced with what is, without doubt, the most difficult part of cycling but also one of the most rewarding two huge uphill climbs. Dinner and overnight in Luang Prabang. Day 12: Luang Prabang (Kuang Sii Waterfall)
After a restful day, we hit the bikes for a ride to the stunning Kuang Sii Waterfall. The ride is along a small road alongside the Mekong River passing through small villages, rice fields, and forests. At the waterfall enjoy a swim, picnic lunch, and a visit to the tiger and bear rescue center before riding back to Luang Prabang. Activities: • 62km biking.,• Meal: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Day 13: Luang Prabang to Pak Mong
Today is our longest bike ride. Early morning, we cycle on the main road passing Pak Ou. It has the famous tourist attraction, Pak Ou caves. Then we cycle along the Nam Ou river. It is interesting to cycle along the river through villages to enjoy the rural lives. Enjoy a picnic lunch on the river bank and take a power nap before heading to Ban Thabu. At the end of the day, we finally arrive at PaMong. Dinner and overnight in PaMong. Activities: • 105km biking.,• Meal: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Day 14: Pak Mong to Oudomxai
After breakfast, we fill in the water and then we will begin cycling on the flat road to warm up our muscles before climbing hill after hill but the scenery is magnificent. Then take a break to enjoy snacks, fresh fruits, and drinks to get energy before continuing to cycle to Oudomxai. Overnight in Oudomxai Activities: • 60km biking.,• Meal: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
Day 15: Muang Khua to Oudomxai
After breakfast, we cycle 75km on the main road to Muang Khun. This is a scenic lightly traveled road to bustling Muang Khun. During the Second Indochina War, the provincial capital became the center for Chinese troops supporting Pathet Laos. Today, it is the junction of National Roads 1, 2, and 4 that has made its position a booming alos – China trade center. Activities: • 75km biking.,• Meal: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
Day 16: Muang Khau to Dien Bien Phu
Early morning we cycle along the Nam Ou river to the Border. This northeast area has the least population in Laos. After lunch, we will cross the Laos North-East border at Tay Tran. You have to get a Vietnam visa in advance to cross the Vietnam land border. Vietnam visa on arrival can be obtained only arrival at the airport and some border. In the afternoon, we continue cycling to Dien Bien Phu. It used to be the big battlefield between the French and Vietnamese when Vietnam fought again the French to get independence. Day 17: Dien Bien Phu to Tuan Giao
Take the hardest but most challenging ride this day to Tuan Giao and Dien Bien Phu, on rough tarmac terrain all the way, but you will be rewarded with the stunningly beautiful scenery and untouched remote villages. Overnight in Tuan Giao. Activities: • 87km biking.,• Meal: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
Day 18: Tuan Giao- Than Uyen
Take a brutal ride this day to Sin Ho and Lai Chau and get a reward for truly spectacular views. The ride is on the main road, uphill and tarmac downhill, mixed of gravel and hard pack clay. Overnight in Than you. Activities: • 50km biking.,• Meal: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
Day 19: Than Uyen – Tam Duong (Phong Tho) – Sapa
Cycling shortly uphill as warm up to the Binh Lu, before starting a long descent ride to Tram Ton Pass and ride a truly off the beaten track (jeep track) mixed of hard pack gravel and clay to Sapa. The Queen of Mountains, Sapa sits regally overlooking a beautiful valley, lofty mountains towering over the town on all sides. Sapa is a French hill station that was built in 1922. Overnight in Sapa. Day 20: Sapa Valley afternoon ride –overnight on the train to HANOI.
After breakfast in the hotel. you have free time to walk around sapa after Lunch we transfer to Lao Cai for the train to Hanoi. Lao Cai is on the gateways to China, Lao Cai lies at the end of the train line on the Chinese border. The border crossing slammed shut during the 1979 war between China and Vietnam and remained closed until 1993. Lao Cai is now a major hub for travelers' journeys between Hanoi and Sapa. overnight on the train.
