Upon your arrival at Tan Son Nhat – Sai Gon International Airport, our tour guide will be holding a welcome signboard with GTT & your name outside the baggage claim area and escort you to Saigon downtown with a brief introduction en route. Check in hotel. The rest of the day is at your leisure to explore the young and beautiful city in Vietnam.

Day 2: Saigon - Cao Dai Holy See - Cu Chi Tunnels
At 08:00 am morning, our driver and tour guide pick you up from your hotel then start to Cao Dai Temple in Tay Ninh – a province 95 kilometers South East of HCMC, close to Cambodia border. The Cao Dai Temple is like a Walt Disney fantasia of the East. Its exterior is decorated with multi-colored dragons of all shapes and sizes competing for space with a number of swastikas. Above the main entrance is the all-seeing holy eye, the symbol of the Cao Dai sect. The interior is just as engaging as statues of Jesus Christ, Buddha and the Hindu god, Brahma, stand side by side. Having lunch at a nice restaurant. At 01:00 pm, after having a lunch, we will leave Tay Ninh and travel to Cu Chi Tunnel. Just one part of an extensive network of tunnels that underlie Ho Chi Minh City, the Cu Chi Tunnels are famous for their role during the Vietnam War. Learn of their importance as hiding spots, communication and supply routes, and living quarters during the war. After exploring the narrow, subterranean routes and listening to stories from your guide, end your tour by returning to your hotel. Our driver and guide will transfer you to your hotel in Saigon, arrive Saigon at around 06:00 pm. From there, we will take you to a bee farm where you have a chance to taste a tasteful cup of authentic honey tea. After that, we walk around quiet villages and watch the life of rural people in Mekong Delta. You will also witness all kind of interesting transportation modes that local people use to move around while enjoying the fresh air along the canal and beautiful water coconut tree scenery. Then, we will get to a village which has many small shops that make coconut candy and handcrafted items from coconut trees of Mekong Delta.  In addition, you can have a chance to learn that those people can amazingly make dozens of useful products out of coconut trees. One of the boat’s stops during this trip is at a seasonable orchard that has many different types of tasty tropical fruits for your enjoyments. After that, we continue on our river route for 5-7 minutes and then on foot for about 5 minutes to reach a noodle and a rice paper factories. The next stop is a rice processing factory where you’ll learn the many steps that transform “rice with a brown cover” to the delicious and beautiful rice grain that we consume daily. The time now should be around 12 noon. We will go back Can Tho for lunch. Recheck in hotel in Can Tho and free time.
