6:30 AM: Our car and guide will pick you up at the meeting point in Hanoi to begin the scenic drive to Lam Binh. The journey takes you through the beautiful landscapes of Tuyen Quang province.
Noon: Upon arrival, you will check in and rest at Nam Dip Homestay. The afternoon is free for you to explore the surrounding villages and forests. You can choose to bike through the local hamlets, swim in a natural spring pool, visit the rice fields of Lang Chua and Don Ba, or check in at Km0 Lam Binh. Optional activities available at your own expense include experiencing a water wheel, walking on the "path of love" in the rice fields, pounding day cakes, wrapping ant egg cakes, or enjoying a traditional herbal foot bath.
6:30 PM: You will have dinner and then have free time to discover the village at night. Overnight stay at Nam Dip Homestay.
Morning: Wake up early to optionally trek up the mountain or explore the Lam Binh district center market to learn about local culture and buy highland specialties. After breakfast at the homestay and checking out, you will transfer to visit the Phuc Lam Pagoda National Relic, a long-standing spiritual destination.
After the pagoda visit, you will board a boat at Thuong Lam pier to explore the Na Hang & Lam Binh National Nature Reserve, where the poetic Gam River and Nang River converge. The area is surrounded by majestic limestone mountains and primeval forests. During your boat trip on the lake, you will admire prominent landmarks such as Pac Ta Mountain, the Fairy & Guest Cliff, the 99 Peaks Area, the Twin Peaks, and the Toppled Mountain.
The journey continues to discover the Three Islands, Palm Island, and the sacred Coc Vai Pha pillar (the Pillar that Ties the Sky Buffalo). You can touch the pillar and pray for peace for your family and loved ones.
Next, you will trek to Khuao Nhi Waterfall, conquering its three tiers with crystal-clear, refreshing water. You can even enjoy a natural fish massage as schools of fish swim up when you put your feet in the stream.
Afterwards, you will have the chance to kayak on the beautiful Na Hang Lake.
Noon: Lunch will be served on the boat with local specialties like lake fish and wild vegetables. The journey will then continue to Ban Bon.
2:00 PM: The boat will dock, and our vehicle and guide will take you to Ban Bon Homestay. You will have free time to walk around the village, explore Pai Bo Cave, and swim at the cave's waterfall or in Ban Bon's stream.
6:00 PM: You will have dinner, followed by a cultural exchange program with performances by the young men and women of the Tay, Dao, and H'Mong ethnic groups. Overnight stay at Ban Bon Homestay.
Morning: Wake up early for an optional trek to explore Ban Bon, with its traditional stilt houses of the Tay and Dao people and a view of the palm forest. After breakfast and checking out, the group will depart.
7:30 AM: You will leave Phuc Yen and head to Binh An commune. Along the way, you can stop to admire the scenery and take photos at the Khau Lac Cloud Hunting spot, getting a panoramic view of the young town of Lang Can in the morning sun.
8:45 AM: Upon arrival, you will prepare for a special experience:
Trekking & Discovering the Local Flora, Bathing in the Natural Springs at Nung Muong. You will conquer Bo Mi Cave, which has a unique ecosystem, including a stream inside the cave and a large colony of bats. Lunch will be a special, rustic meal featuring wild and natural ingredients such as wild corn, stream fish, jungle vegetables, and local pork. You will enjoy this meal by a cool, clear stream, truly connecting with the raw beauty of the forest.
1:30 PM: You will say goodbye to Nung Muong, board the bus, and head back to Hanoi, returning to the initial pick-up point. The guide will say goodbye to you, ending your experiential tour of Na Hang and Lam Binh.
