Day 1: Arrival to Yangon – Whole day Sightseeing in Yangon City( By Coach )
Activities : Explore Yangon; visit Swe Taw Myat Zedi, Kaba Aye Pagoda, Mahapasana Guha, Chaukhtatgyi and the most famous Shwedagon Pagoda. Meal : Lunch, Dinner Biking Distance : No Itinerary : Welcome to Yangon, the former capital and the largest city of Burma, you will be welcome at the airport by our tour guide before transferred to the hotel for check-in. For the first time in the cultural and historical center of Burma, we will have a city tour with some prominent Buddhist relics including Swe Taw Myat Zedi where you can see the copy of Budda Tooth and Kaba Aye Pagoda which is also known as the World Peace Pagoda. Afterward, head to nearby Mahapasana Guha. In the afternoon, enjoy lunch at restaurant. Visit Chaukhtatkyi Reclining Buddha Image – a giant lying Buddha with diamonds and other precious stone on the crown. End the day under the shadow of the most famous Shwedagon pagoda (Golden Pagoda) in sunset. Dinner and stay overnight in Yangon.
Day 2: Yangon – Mandalay Sightseeing ( By flight/ By Coach/ By Bike)
Activities : Discover Mandalay, visit Mahamuni Pagoda and Mandalay Hills Meal : Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Biking Distance :10-15 Km Itinerary : After breakfast, a morning flight will take you to Mandalay – the second largest city of Burma. Check in and relax at the hotel then have lunch at a restaurant. Travel around the city by bike; visit some prominent sites such as Mahamuni Pagoda and its Buddha statue with gold leaf. When sunset, hike up to the Mandalay Hill for panoramic view of the city. Enjoy dinner at restaurant. Stay overnight in hotel.
Day 3: Mandalay – Mingun – Sagaing – Amarapura (By Boat, By Coach)
Activities : Enjoy the site of Mingun with Mingun Bell and Pagoda, visit Sagaing and Amarapura, and walk on the old U-BeinBridge Meal : Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Biking Distance : No Itinerary : After breakfast, we will move to the Jetty for a boat trip on the great IrrawaddyRiver to Mingun. After about 11km upriver, we will reach Mingun. Visit the Mingun Bell, the largest undamaged bell in the world. Then proceed to the Mingun Pagoda and Hsinbyume Paya – a beautiful white temple. Afterward, move to Sagaing by car and enjoy lunch at the restaurant. Afternoon, visit Sagaing Hill, visit its pagodas and monasteries and take photo of the panoramic view of Sagaing. Then return to Amarapura, one of the three ancient citadels of Burma. Walk over the U-BeinBridge an ancient teak bridge and enjoy the sunset. Dinner and stay overnight at hotel in Mandalay.
Day 4: Mandalay – Myitthar – Myingyan (By Bike/ By Coach
) Activities : Visit the rural village of Myitharr and Myingyan Meal : Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Biking Distance : 70 km Itinerary : Enjoy breakfast then begin out today journey to Myitharr and Myingyan. Cycle to the south along the 40-km highway and we will reach Kyaukse. Then proceed to Myittha, a small peaceful town. Meet and experience life of the local before head to Myingyan, another rural village of Burma. Peek into their houses and have a chat with the locals. Enjoy lunch and dinner at local restaurant. Stay overnight at guest house Myingyan.
Day 5: Myingyan – Mt. Popa (By Bike/ By Coach)
Activities : Explore Mt.Popa, visit its monasteries on top Meal : Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Biking Distance : 80 km Itinerary : Enjoy breakfast at hotel. Today we will have a cycling tour to MountPopa, a 1518 – meter-high volcanic mountain with stunning view of Popa Taungkalat atop and outcrop where you can see 37 Mahagrini Nats. Climb up to the top of this mountain, take the best photos of the panoramic view of Popa and peek into its monasteries to pray for goodness. Enjoy lunch and dinner at local restaurant. Stay overnight at hotel in Mt.Popa.
Day 6: Mt. Popa – Bagan Sightseeing (By Bike)
Activities : Move to Bagan, on the way visit Toddy Field Meal : Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Biking Distance : 50 km Itinerary : Today will be the most memorable time in your journey. After breakfast, we will proceed to the holy plain of Bagan where one can see thousands of Buddhist monuments, about more than 2,200 temples and pagodas, in an area of 104 km2. Spend whole day explore the site with Toddy Field, observe the making process of Jaggery or Liquor. Enjoy lunch at restaurant. Evening, we will arrive in Bagan for dinner and stay overnight.
Day 7: Bagan – Whole day sightseeing in Bagan (By Bike)
Activities : Explore Bagan by visiting Shwezigon Pagoda and other Buddhist relics. Meal : Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Biking Distance : 30 km Itinerary : In the morning, cycle around Bagan and visit Nyaung Oo Market before discover the most prominent pagodas and temples on the land of Bagan. The first name is Shwezigon Pagoda, a giant golden pagoda covered by gold-leaf and surrounded by many smaller stupas.
