Day 1: Chiang Mai arrival (–)
Upon arrival at Chiang Mai Airport, you will be greeted and transferred to the hotel. Check-in at the hotel and have free time for your relaxation. Overnight in Chiang Mai Accommodation :At the hotel in Chiang Mai  Meals:Breakfast
Day 2: Chiang Mai – City tour (B)
The morning will be mainly devoted to visiting the old city with a stop at the ancient wall, the moat, and a door of the old city. You will see the most beautiful temples in Chiang Mai: Wat Phra Singh Temple, Wat Phan Tao Temple, and the temple Wat Chedi Luang. Then you will stroll along streets lined with traditional houses, where you take a rickshaw ride. From there, you'll be at the large Central Market Warorot. Lunch at a local restaurant Afternoon, visit Wat Phra That Doi Suthep, the most famous pagoda in Chiang Mai. It is reached after climbing a staircase of 290 steps with ramps representing two giant nagas. From the square, you can admire the panorama of the whole Chiang Mai Valley. Then visit craft villages: lacquer factories, silk weaving, manufacture of umbrellas, wood carvings, and goldsmith work. Then transfer back to the hotel. Day 3: Chiang Mai – Doi Inthanon National Park (B)
Our tour today starts with a transfer to Doi Inthanon National Park. It will take approximately 2 hours to the highest peak of Thailand – Doi Inthanon National Park. On arrival, we will spend 2-3 hours trekking through the jungle following a narrow mountain trail which leads us to a stunning hidden waterfall in the middle of the lush jungle. Along the way before reaching the Pagagayaw Karen hill tribe village, we will pass through the farmland where you will see the coffee plantation, flower farm and the beautiful rice terraces. Discover the Pagagayaw Karen hill tribe village and taste a cup of locally grown coffee then move on to Vachiratharn Waterfall, a 70 metres high thunderous waterfall. Enjoy the cool fresh air at the waterfall before we continue back to the ground.  Afterwards, you will visit the beautiful architecture of Napamaytanidol Chidi and Phra Mahathat Napaphon Bhumisiri which were built to honour the 60th birthday of King Bhumibol and Queen Sirikit. Day 4: Chiang Mai – Biking tour (B)
During the trip, participants will learn and see parts of the rich cultural background of Chiang Mai. The route takes us on quiet and greenland roads, passing the historic settlement Wiang Kum Kam, founded in 1286 by King Mengrai. It was the capital of the Lanna empire for a period of only 10 years. We will see temples and ruins dating back hundreds of years. We make a stop at a local temple en route. The guide can tell you everything about this temple and Buddhism in general. Furthermore, we visit the McKean rehabilitation center; a former leper colony, once cut off from the outside world. Nowadays it is a rehabilitation center for people with many kinds of physical disabilities. We continue our Chiang Mai bicycle tour and stop at an elementary school mostly attended by hill tribe children. The ancient Lanna empire produced some of the finest ceramics ever to have been made. These days the northern region still is the major center of Thailand’s pottery industry. At a small pottery shop, we watch the craftsmen make different shapes of pottery by hand. Riding along the Ping River we breathe in the local atmosphere that makes Chiang Mai so special. We stop at a local bakery where we have a delicious sweet bun while watching them produce many other different products. At the market, we see the same products back in small traditional shops, and here you can sample some of the most delicious and exotic fruits and other snacks. During the Colors of Chiang Mai bicycle tour, we stop every hour for a short rest and provide you with drinking water or a soft drink. Halfway through the trip, we provide a small Thai meal (Khao Soy Kai) in a local restaurant. Day 5: Chiang Mai – Trekking (B, L, D)
Pick you up from your hotel/guest house at 8.00 a.m. After that drive for 45 minutes to Mae Rim area. Visit the local market, our guide will take you around the market and show you the variety of vegetables and fruits from the Hill tribe. Then visit Mok Pah Waterfall for swimming and relaxation. Lunch at a Local Restaurant, then continue by road to a remote Karen village, start the trek in the jungle around 3.5 hours through the green forest, touch the pure nature on top of the hill, and learn the way of life, and cultural traditions of the hill tribe. Evening Walk around the village to see their local lifestyle. Feeding the Elephant and bathing the Elephant in the river. Spend 40 Min to take care of the elephant. Dinner and overnight at Karen village. There’s usually some entertainment (Jokes – Games – Funny Stories) led by the guide after dinner. Accommodation :Bamboo cottage at hill tribe village (No electricity) Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Day 6: Chiang Mai – Trekking (B, L)
After breakfast, start trekking approx. 1 hour to the rafting point. Start enjoying Bamboo rafting approx. 2 1 ⁄ 2 hours (depending on water level) along the Mae Tang River to Shan village, Bann Sob Kai. On the way stop at Lahu hill tribe village at Bann Pong Ngan.  Afternoon Late lunch at Shan village. Transfer back to Chiang Mai by local truck and transfer ** For the rafting is possible to be canceled which depends on the water level each day. Bamboo rafting – If the water level is too high, especially in the rainy season or on a day that has a forest flood, it is possible to be cancelled. Day 7: Chiang Mai – Departure (B)
