Day 1: Arrival Lhasa
Transfer service to hotel (sharing basis)Meals: No MealsTake domestic flight or train to Lhasa, you are warmly welcome to Tibet by saying Tashi Delek at the Train station/airport by our professional local tour guide and you are sent to the reserved hotel in Lhasa by taking the shuttle bus with only driver service. Then have a good rest to acclimatize the high altitude in the afternoon.Note: The free airport transfer from airport to hotel and fixed departure time: 10:00, 13:30, 16:00, 18:30.Good to know: For the first timer to Tibet, either by flight or train, a good rest is a must for quick acclimation to the high altitude in Lhasa. Never rush to tour the street or attractions on your own. Walk slower and do not exert yourself like running or jumping. If you have any discomfort, do tell it to your guide, and he will help you out.
Day 2: Lhasa
Drepung Monastery, Sera Monastery DebatingMeals: Breakfast, Welcome DinnerAfter breakfast, enjoy your sightseeing tour today that starts with a visit to Drepung Monastery--was known for the high standards of its academic study, and was called the Nalanda of Tibet, a reference to the great Buddhist monastic university of India. In the afternoon, we will drive to the edge of the town to explore Sera Monastery, another one of the ‘Great Three’ Gelug monasteries in Tibet. If we are very lucky, we may come across Sera Monastery's Monks debating which was held in the courtyard at around 3:00-5:30 in the afternoon. The famous debate sessions of the monks in Sera monastery was created in 1419 and has been an important Buddhist seminary. After tour, you will be dropped off at hotel.In the evening, the guide will accompany the group to a traditional Tibetan restaurant for a welcome dinner, marking the beginning of your journey in Tibet. 
Day 3: Lhasa
Potala Palace, Johkang Monastery, Barkor KoraMeals: Breakfast The experience native tour guide will pick you up from your hotel in the morning and then we will start a city exploration tour in Lhasa by visiting the most famous site in Lhasa ---  Potala Palace at first, exploring the grandest of the myriad chapels. The Tibetans proudly claim it to be the prime miracle since the creation of this world.In the afternoon we will visit the holiest temple in Tibet. That is Jokhang Monastery, which is regarded as the center of the Tibetan Buddhism and the sacred land of Buddhist followers. Therefore, you will find innumerable pilgrims come for worship every day there. After that, walk around at Barkor Kora, a bustling local market, where you can buy some Tibetan traditional or religious things. Exploring the Barkor Street, you can also see many locals prostrate around the Jokhang Temple for worship. The guide will also accompany you to a local Tibetan teahouse, offering insight into the social culture. Good to know: Taking photos is forbidden in the monastery. If you want to take photos of Tibetan pilgrims, a gentle ask for permission would be appreciated. Swimming and fishing are not allowed in holy lakes in Tibet; Do not talk about sensitive topics like politics; International tourists are not allowed to travel alone in Tibet according to the policy; Walk clockwise around Barkhor Street; Never venture into the unknown trails. If you are uncertain about something, it’s advisable to ask your guide before you do it at will.
Day 4: Lhasa - Shigatse
Yamdrok Lake, Karola GlacierMeals: Breakfast,  Farm house LunchDrive for approximately 7 to 8 hours (340 kilometers) to reach Shigatse. Along the way, you will visit two breathtaking natural landscapes – Yamdrok Lake and the Karola Glacier. You will enjoy a scenic 20-kilometer drive following the disappearing shoreline of the Lake. We will stop at a village by the lake, where you can walk into the homes of lakeside farmers, explore their households, and indulge in a delightful farmhouse lunch.After lunch, drive for approximately 1 hour to visit one of Tibet's most beautiful glaciers – the Karola Glacier, the enormous glacier tongue extends to the roadside, resembling a frozen waterfall hanging over the road and above your head.Following the Karola Glacier, we will pass by Lake Manla and the ancient town of Gyantse, proceed to Shigatse, the second-largest city in Tibet.
Day 5: Shigatse - Tingri – Everest Base Camp
Gyawula Viewing Point, Everest Base CampMeals: BreakfastAfter breakfast, we will start a 6.5-hour drive (330 kilometers) to the top of the world – Mount Everest. Along the way, you will visit several viewpoints where you can catch glimpses of Everest. The journey culminates with an overnight stay at Everest Base Camp (EBC).Departing from Shigatse, you'll be accompanied by rural farmland and villages. Approximately 4 hours into the journey, you'll approach Dingri County, where you'll have your first view of Everest from the Dingri Viewpoint. Upon entering the Everest scenic area, you'll be treated to breathtaking panoramic views of the Himalayan range from Gawula Pass. The 7000 to 8000-meter peaks of the Himalayas stand proudly above the sea of clouds, creating a majestic and awe-inspiring spectacle.Next, you'll proceed on the dedicated road leading to Everest, with the mountain growing larger and closer until you reach the northern face base camp. From the base camp, Everest appears like a colossal pyramid standing before you. We will strive to arrive at Everest Base Camp before sunset, allowing you the opportunity to witness the magnificent natural phenomenon of the sunset casting golden hues upon the mountain.Notes: During the winter season, when the Everest Base Camp tented lodges are closed, we will relocate accommodations to the nearest village to Everest, Basong Village.
Day 6: Mt. Everest - Shigatse
Rongbuk Monastery, Everest East side Viewpoint, Farewell DinnerMeals: Farewell Dinner  with Song and Dance PerformanceTaking a stroll near the base camp to savor the beautiful moments of the early morning. After breakfast, the guide will take you to visit Rongbuk Monastery, the world's highest-altitude monastery, famous for being the location where the sea waves engulfed the last piece of land in the movie "2012." It is also an excellent vantage point for capturing the natural and cultural landscapes of Mount Everest.After leaving Everest, we will drive you to the Xilin View point to admire the breathtaking views of the eastern slope of Everest, and Mt. Lhotse, and pass through the ancient town of Sakya before returning to Shigatse.Upon arriving in Shigatse in the evening, the guide will invite you to share a traditional Tibetan dinner, celebrating the successful completion of the Everest journey. You will have the opportunity to taste local traditional delicacies while enjoying the distinctive folk songs and dances of Shigatse. Day 7Shigatse - Lhasa
Tashilunbo Monastery, Yarlung Zangbo River

On the last morning of your return journey from Everest to Lhasa, you will visit the largest monastery in western Tibet, Tashilhunpo Monastery. It has been the seat of Panchen Lamas and is known for its grand scale and magnificent architecture. It houses the world's largest gilded bronze statue, stupas of the Panchen Lamas, and exquisite Buddhist murals.、
After the visit to Tashilhunpo Monastery, we will travel back to Lhasa along the Yarlung Tsangpo River Valley. (Depending on the circumstances, We may arrange for guests to return to Lhasa by train.) 
Day 8: Departure Lhasa
