Day 1: Arrival Shangri-La
Airport pick-upMeals: No mealsAccommodation: In Shangri-laTake your international flight to Kunming (1890 meters), the capital city of Yunnan Provice, where you will need to change a domestic flight to Shangri-la. Upon arrival at Shangri-la airport (3400 meters), your local guide will meet you and transfer you to the hotel, which we reserve for you in advance.Note: Shangri-la is located in the high-altitude area of China. Some tourists may get altitude sickness, which needs time to overcome. Besides, tourists should make sure they are healthy and avoid taking a cold before traveling to high-altitude area. 
Day 2: Shangri-La
Pudacuo National Park, Songzanling Monastery, Dukezong Ancient Town, Guishan HillMeals: Breakfast, LunchAccommodation: In Shangri-laIn the morning, our guide meets you at your hotel lobby and we will drive to visit the tranquil Bita Lake & Shudu Lake in Pudacuo National Park, which is in one of the most biologically-diverse regions of the world. While the region comprises only 0.7 percent of China’sland area, it contains more than 20 percent of the plant species, about one-third of the mammal and bird species as well as almost 100 endangered species in China.Then we will continue a visit to the Songzanling Monastery, the largest Tibetan monastery in Yunnan. It is also called as ‘the little Potala Palace ‘because the whole monastery is in the traditional Tibetan style with mysterious atmosphere. After that, we will stroll around Dukezong Ancient Town. It is an important town of the Ancient Tea-horse Trade Caravan from Yunnan to Tibet and India. Walk up to the top of Guishan Hill (also called Tortoise Hill) have a panoramic view of Shangri-La County and Dukezong Ancient Town.
Day 3: Shangri-La – Deqin – Feilai Temple
Drive to Deqin, Benzilan, Dongzhuling Monastery, the First Bend of Jinsha River (Moon Bend), Baimang Snow Mountain Nature Reserve, Sunset of Meili Snow Mountain at Feilai TempleMeals: Breakfast, LunchAccommodation: at Feilai TempleCheck out from your hotel in the morning and drive to Deqin County (3400 mester) for about 4-5 hours. Enroute, you will enjoy the fantastic view of the dense forest, clear stream down the valley, prayer flages and stupas as well as the scattered Tibetan villages.Lunch may be arranged at Benzilan, which is a small town along the Jinsha River.After lunch, keep driving uphill to the Dongzhulin Monastery, which has a long histry from its first build in 1667. Then we will drive and stop at the Moon Bend of Jinsha River , which is the boundary between Sichuan and Yunnan. It is a grand bend between the mountains with impressive scenery, After that, we will visit Baimang Snow Mountain Nature Reserve, fi the weather allows, we will be able to view the splendid Baima Snow Mountain at the Baimang Snow Mountain Pass.Arrive at Feilai Temple in the late afternoon, enjoy a nice sunset view of Meili Snow Mountain from the Sightseeing Platform, where you can see the 13 white pagodas meaning of the 13 peaks of Meili Snow Mountain over 6,000 meters (19,685 feet) above sea level, known as the “Prince’s 13 peaks”.
Day 4: Feilai Temple - Deqin - Ninong Village-Upper Yubeng Village

Check out and start our hiking. First we will drive from Feilai Temple to Ninong Village, which is the start of the hiking route. Hike for about (5-7 hours) from Ninong Village to Yubeng Village. Picnic lunch is arranged today, and dinner is served in a traditional Tibetan living room, followed by lively singing and dancing with local villagers; We will stay overnight in Yubeng Village tonight. 
Day 5: Upper Yubeng - Cuoka Sacred Ice Lake- Lower Yubeng
The sunrise and sunset of the Mt. Kawagebo Glacier, Xiaonong Base Camp, Cuoka Sacred Ice LakeMeals: Breakfast, Lunch, DinnerAccommodation: Yubeng VillageHiking distance and time: 15 km ( 7 hours)In the early morning, you could enjoy the sunrise of the Mt. Kawagebo Glacier from the guesthouse, then walk up to  Ice Lake of the Meili Snow Mountain. Fristly, we will hike fro about 3.7 km from Upper Yubeng to Xiaonong Base Camp (3,623 meters). We make need about 1.5-2.5 hours. Stroll through a forested valley and along the river draining from the glaciers in the mountains above. Then hike for 2.3 km from Xiaonong Base Camp to Ice Lake (3,900 meters). At last, you will arrive at the Ice Lake which is located at the foot of the glacier. Trek down back to Yubeng village in the late afternoon.Notes: The return trek takes 3 to 4 hours. The one-day excursion is only suitable for the strong hikers. Before June, the upper plateau is often covered by snow. Bring enough food with you. It may be more reasonable to do this trek in two days and overnight camp at Cuoka Pasture.
Day 6: Lower Yubeng - Holy Waterfall - Lower Yubeng
Holy WaterfallMeals: Breakfast, Lunch, DinnerAccommodation: Yubeng VillageHiking distance and time: 12 km ( 5 hours)In the morning, we will hike through a forest to the holy waterfall. You will see prayer flags hang in throngs near the waterfall showing the reverence of the local Tibetan people. Compared with the hike to Ice Lake the previous day, today’s hiking is easier and shorter. The views at the start of the trek are immediately stunning - a ridge of brilliant and craggy snow-capped peaks standing against the azure sky.Then return to Yubeng Village by the same way and stay overnight in Yubeng Village. 
Day 7: Yubeng Village- Ninong – Feilaisi - Shangri-La, Departure
Trek along Ninong Grand Canyon, Drive back to Shangri-la, Transfer to the airportMeals: Breakfast, LunchSet off in the early morning, then enjoy an amazing walk along from Yubeng back to Ninong along the Ninong Canyon.
