After breakfast, firstly drive you to the magnificent Yungang Grottoes (1.5 - 2 hours) - with 53 caves containing over 51,000 stone carvings of Buddha and Buddhist. And then, drive back to Datong downtown for a visit to Huayan Monastery (1 hour) - the largest and best preserved monastery of the Liao Dynasty. Then a short stop in Nine Dragon Wall (10 min) - the oldest and largest glazed screen in China. After that, drive you back to the hotel and have a rest of this day.

After nother 1-hour driving, have a stop to visit Yingxian Wooden Pagoda (1 hour) - regarded as one of the three pagodas in the World. And then, have a 3.5-hour driving to Mt. Wutai. Upon arrival, drive you to the hotel and have a rest of this day.
