Day 1: Meuangkhoua – Ban kokphao – Ban Nammatai – Ban Nammaneua  – Ban Phousetthi(_/L/D).
This trek can start from B ountai or Meuangkhoua as your option.Meet your guide at your guesthouse, take private transfer to Ban kokpao, the point where our trekking start. Then it takes us 1,5 – 2 hours hiking from Ban kokpao to Ban Ban Namngatai and Ban Namnganeua, homes of Tai Yang tribe. Less populations of Tai Yang living in this area. Lunch time at village. explore village and their culture. Then we continue our trekking to remote area to Ban Phoustthi, a home ofAkha Ya-er. Arrive at village. dinner, and spend overnight at this village. 4 – 5 hours trekking
Day 2: Ban Phousetthi – Ban Kokngew – Ban Huayla(B/L/D)
.Early morning we explore village and their daily activities in the morning. Breakfast and then we leave village. today we will trek to visit two different tribes of Laobith and Akha Poulee.  It takes us 2 – 2,5 hours trekking to Ban Kopngew, a home of Laobith. Visit village and its people, lunch time at village. after that we go on our trek to Ban Huayla, a village of Akha Poulee. Arrive at village, explore village and its culture.      Today we spend overnight at this village.  Moderate  4,5 – 5 hours trekking. 
Day 3: Ban Huayla – Ban Senkham(B/L/D)
Early in the morning we will be waken up by roosters. Then it’s good time to explore village and its people. See what people  doing their morning activities. Time for breakfast, then we leave this village. Today we will trek pass mountain valleys, descend along upland rice fields. Experience the wonderful views of this area. Lunch on the way. Continue our trek, we walk up to higher mountain, then we arrive at Ban Senkham, a home of akha pala. It is a good time to have a relax and  talk with families. Explore this village. dinner, spend overnight at this village.  Moderate 4 – 5 hours trekking
Day 4: Ban Senkham – Namli – Bountai/Meuangkhoua(B/L/_).
    After breakfast  we say good bye family and  leave village. today we will descend to Ban Namli. On the way we walk through forests with its nice scenery, pass upland rice fields and crops plantations. Trek downhill to lower area of Namli. Arrive at Namli for lunch. We meet our driver and then we drikve back to Meuangkhoua or Bountai as your option. 3 – 4 hours trekking. What to bring for trek:   Good shoes, hat, sunglasses, long pants, your  own first Aids, insect spray.
