Day 01: Hochiminh Arrival
Greetings from Vietnam. When you arrive at Tan San Nhat International Airport, a driver and guide from Golden Trail Travel will meet you and take you to the hotel located in the center of Ho Chi Minh City. Known as "the pearl of the Far East," Ho Chi Minh City was formerly known as Saigon. One of the most memorable place names in Asia is undoubtedly Saigon, the biggest and busiest city in Vietnam. Ho Chi Minh City has the most Western atmosphere of any Vietnamese city. When you get to the hotel, sign in and enjoy some alone time. If time allows, we will spend a half-day exploring some of the most notable locations in Ho Chi Minh City, including the War Remnants Museum, the Sai Gon Central Post Office, Independence Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, and Ben Thanh Market. Day 02: Hochiminh – Vung Tau – Suoi Nhum
We take supported vehicles and travel to Vung Tau on the new highway after recharging our energies from the hotel. From there, we explore this fascinating country, which is full of highlights like breathtaking scenery, sublime sand beaches, quaint villages, and lush green rice fields.After reaching the starting point, embark on a 17-day bicycle tour from Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi along beautiful roads, passing through plantations of rubber and dragon fruit. Day 03: Suoi Nhum – Ke Ga – Phan Thiet – Mui Ne
After fully replenishing energy, departing from the resort for fresh and wonderful Vietnam bicycle tours, head back down the coast road to take in the immensity of the ocean and solar and wind energy fields. We are having a fantastic day cycling along the coast to see the emerald sand beach and crystal clear sea water. We're having yet another gorgeous day on our journey, complete with sunlight, an emerald sand beach, and crystal-clear seawater as we head into Ca Na Beach Resort.After a delicious breakfast at the resort, we hit the road and cycle along the coast on tarmac, passing about a dozen different hotels and resorts before arriving at Golden Sand Hill in Doi Hong. From there, we follow the coast road to Pha Ri Cua, where we will have lunch. Day 05: Ca Na Beach – Ninh Chu – Nui Chua – Cam Ranh – Nha Trang
Rise early to experience the unspoiled beauty of nature. Participate in the neighborhood fishing market to experience the lively environment of fishermen who travel from the sea or Tinny Village to trade fresh seafood in the early morning hours. Travelers have a fantastic opportunity to take striking pictures and engage with locals to learn about their daily lives.Starting from the hotel, we cycle on asphalt roads and along the coast once more to Ninh Chu Beach. From there, we turn into a country road that leads to a recently paved route that passes through Nui Chua Mountain. Day 06: Nha Trang – Phu Yen
After a filling breakfast at the hotel, our shuttle bus whisks us away from the bustling city. At the cycling point, we start cycling on tarmac roads and along the coast, taking in the breathtaking scenery and the glistening sea water. We then tackle the steep pass and winding road of Deo Ca and descend gently to Vung Ro, where we stop for lunch. Following lunch, we will travel to Tuy Hoa City along the coast, where we will be rewarded with breathtaking scenery and unspoiled surroundings. On the approach to the city, we also get to see fishing farms and beaches with emerald sand. the get the city center, we cross the bridge. Day 07: Phu Yen – Quy Nhon
We start our new cycling day leaving the hotel after eating breakfast. We ride on asphalt roads to the north, where we can take in the pure scenery, white, golden sands, and fishing farms. We ride through a fishing village, say hello to schoolchildren on the way back to their homes, and stop and chat with nice locals.We ride over a beautiful path, going through numerous quiet villages, until we reach Vu Lang. Visit Song Cau for lunch.We continue rinding on National 1D after lunch, challenging a few passes en route to Quy Nhon. Day 08: Quy Nhon – Quang Ngai
We begin cycling from the hotel and ride down the newly constructed paved coast route towards the north. During our cycling tour, we have had some of the most breathtaking days yet. We have cycled along a picturesque route, passing through charming villages, fishing farms, and emerald sea water. We have lunch consisting of fresh seafood. We continue cycling to Tam Quan Bac after lunch, passing through a fishing community and along the coast. Day 09: Quang Ngai –My Lai Massacre – Hoi An
We will depart from the bustling metropolis and travel to Son Tinh Town via shuttle bus. From there, we will ride through the villages to reach the My Lai Massacre, which is considered one of the bloodiest chapters in the American War against Vietnam in 1968. More than five hundred people were slain by American troops as they pillaged the small villages in Quang Ngai Province near Son My. They were mostly women, children, and the elderly. A crime war memorial was constructed today to honor those who lost their lives on March 16, 1968. visiting, honoring, and learning about the history of the 504 civilians is worth the time. Following our visit to this memorial, we head toward the Dung Quat industrial district by passing through the Son My villages. For lunch, make a quick transfer to Tam Ky. We traveled to the old town of Hoi An in the north after lunch. We ride on paved roads through charming towns and off the main path to the Duy Hai district, where we cross the Thu Bon River with the Cua Dai bridge to arrive at Hoi An. Day 10: Hoi An Back Road
Hoi An, a Vietnamese world heritage site, has long served as a crossroads of cultures and has maintained its historic beauty despite having experienced approximately 300 cycles of the four seasons. The street layout and structures inside this singular cultural site are a reflection of the diverse range of influences that have come together throughout time. Cycling offers you an exciting challenge in both rural villages and ancient towns. We depart from the hotel and travel by paved, single-track road through serene villages, past water coconut palm trees, and into the bustling town of Hoi An.Spend some time taking this amazing picture of the Japanese covered bridge and communal homes. then on to the ancient ceramic villages of Thanh Ha, the herb hamlet of Tra Que, and the workshops of Thuy Linh Lattern lamp shades before returning to Hoi An for lunch. following lunch at a nearby eatery.You can treat yourself to a glass of wine, beer, cocktail, or toothpicks as you read or enjoy a reward. In general, you will have a free day to visit Hoi An. An. The old home next door serves Vietnamese, Asian, and European dishes, though I like them during the day. Day 11: Hoi An – Danang – Hai Van Pass – Hue - Citadel
You will ride across Hai Van Pass, one of the most well-known mountain passes in Southeast Asia that links Hue and Hoi An, on one of the most amazing and exciting days of our journey! You should eat a substantial breakfast because the road today will be difficult.One of Vietnam's most breathtaking road journeys begins with riding from the hotel through the town and then turns off the road along the beach. We enjoy cycling on the tarmac road that leads to Da Nang City. Before climbing the 12-kilometer Hai Van Pass, we make sure all of our equipment is in working order and fill up on water. After enjoying a refreshing beverage and some tropical fruit at the summit, we make our way down 14 kilometers to Lang Co beach. Biking along a scenic route that passes by lagoons and fishing farms, we bid adieu to one of the most breathtaking beaches on earth and take a quick transfer to Da Tuong Pass, where we turn off toward the Hue citadel. Once in An Bang villages, you can explore and admire amazing architecture, including temples, tombs, and ancestral houses. They are constructed around their settlements and along the road. Day 12: Hue Countryside and Tombs – Night Train to Ninh Binh
 After breakfast, you will pedal leizurely to discover the architecture of the Imperial Citadel, the Royal Citadel, and Hue City.One of Vietnam's principal hubs for culture, religion, and education is Hue. Hue is currently the only historically significant city in Vietnam still standing. The 11km-long Perfume River, which goes by the romantic moniker of "Perfume," is home to many of Hue's attractions. More than a hundred architectural pieces, reflecting the lives of emperors and mandarins under Nguyen's rule, are included in this priceless masterpiece.Take a half-day riding trip of the city to see the Hue Countryside, Tu Duc and Khai Dinh museums, and the Hue Citadel. Visit a nearby restaurant for lunch to sample the royal cuisine of Hue. After transferring you to the Hue Train Station, our driver will take you to Ninh Binh City's express train. Day 13: Ninh Binh – Tam Coc – Trang An – Bai Dinh – Tam Coc
At 4:30 a.m., the train brings you to Hanoi. A shuttle bus will meet you there and take you to a hotel where you may have breakfast and a shower. After breakfast, we begin our bicycle journey from the hotel to the old capital of Hoa Lu and the Van Long wet land reserve. En route, you will be treated to breathtaking views of the Kark mountain ranges and the breathtaking ride paddies. When you first arrive to Van Long Wet Land Reserve, the stunning limestone mountains and surrounding landscape undoubtedly excite you.Lunch is served to us at Van Long Restaurant.After lunch, we go to Trang An Heritage Site over breathtaking limestone mountains that rise magnificently from the verdant rice terraces and streams. Once there, we can relax or explore the area to see a variety of species. Day 14: Tam Coc – Tam Diep – Phat Diem – Dong Bien – Dong Chau
After a quick transfer from Tam Coc to Tam Diep, have breakfast at the resort to avoid the heavy traffic on the highway. Starting from the cycling start, we ride along a picturesque road beside rice paddies and pecannut plantations, traversing several cannals and estuaries like spiderwebs until arriving at Phat Diem Cathedral church.Constructed in 1891, Phat Diem Cathedral, the epicenter of Catholicism in North Vietnam, features six sets of iron hardwood pillars and four roofs. There are four smaller, varying-style churches on either side of the main church. The Keo Pagoda is home to an extensive collection of historical artifacts, which includes over a hundred statues and elaborately carved wooden dragons. Numerous priceless artifacts are also kept here, including imperial boats, some ceramics from the Le Dynasty, altars, and a pair of candelabra from the Mac Dynasty. Surprisingly, all of them have survived to the extent that they did during the 16th-century Le Trung Hung Dynasty. following a tour and investigation into the Church's founding history. We continue riding down the village road until we reach the Do Muoi Boat Wharf, from which we catch a public boat to enter Nam Dinh Province.After landing in the Nam Dinh district, we travel to the Hai Anh tile-roofed bridge by second public boat in Trai Cau. one of the distinctive examples of traditional Vietnamese architecture.We continue on a narrow road that meanders past cannals, rice-paddied fields, and villages until arriving at Dong Bien commune for lunch. Getting into our assisted car and making the transfer to Halong Bay.We meet our cruise team at the checking point so we can check in.During this thrilling five-hour voyage, we will be treated to an incredible view of the gorgeous landscape that blends with the sky and the about 3,000 limestone islands that rise spectacularly out of the emerald-colored water. There are numerous beaches, grottoes, and stunning caverns among the limestone karst rocks. We will dock along the route for a relaxing swim in a quiet cove and a fun visit to one of the many secret grottoes hidden beneath towering cliffs. Continue traveling to the Temple of Literature: Originally constructed as a Confucian temple, this is the location of Vietnam's first university, established in 1070.The temple emphasizes the value that Vietnamese society has always placed on education. We'll go to the Museum of Ethnology, one of Vietnam's most fascinating museums.
